The Diceman’s cult will surely — okay, hopefully — be the only audience for this concert film on video. One more time, Andrew Dice Clay spews a racist, misogynist, moronic monologue, and he’s so thoroughly convincing that you know on some level he must mean most of it. To stretch itself out to feature length, Dice Rules begins with an asinine series of skits, showing what a wimp ”Andrew” was before he discovered the wardrobe that helped make him the pig he is today. Yet the most disturbing moments are those shots of the crowd in New York’s Madison Square Garden: Everybody’s eating this guy up. Too bad it wasn’t literally. F
