Broad City creators and stars Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer say they are “figuring out” what they can do about the involvement of Louis C.K.’s former manager Dave Becky on their series.

Speaking on EW Radio on SiriusXM, the actresses discussed Becky’s position as a producer, which they say is the result of his professional relationship with Amy Poehler, who helped bring Broad City to TV. The manager has recently come under fire for his involvement in the sexual misconduct accusations leveled at then-client Louis C.K.

“It’s definitely something that we’re figuring out right now,” shared Jacobson. “He’s not our manager. And he’s been a producer on the show through Amy from the beginning. And it’s like this upsetting thing to find out his involvement in the whole thing, so it’s definitely something that we’re constantly talking about right now.”

Comics Dana Min Goodman and Julia Wolov told The New York Times that in 2002, Louis C.K. allegedly exposed himself to them in his hotel room. Goodman and Wolov said they “heard that Louis C.K.’s manager was upset that they were talking about [the misconduct] openly.” Becky has since apologized, saying, “What I did was wrong.”

“We take accountability for using this white dude power to get our show on TV,” added Glazer. “We’re accountable for that. We’re not accountable for Louie’s actions, for Becky’s actions, but we’re accountable for using his power to get our show on TV.”

Broad City‘s season finale airs Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET on Comedy Central. Listen to the clip below.
