The fourth season of Vikings decimated a whole generation of warriors, leaving Kings Ragnar and Ecbert dead. By the finale, powerful younger figures were rising among the Vikings and the Saxons alike. And where does that leave poor shipbuilding Floki, once Ragnar’s closest ally, now a Viking elder who outlived his wife and daughter? You had to wonder: Was his story over?

Not by a long shot. The upcoming fifth season premiere will see Floki setting sail toward a new corner of Vikings‘ world, landing in a curious new country that will someday be known as Iceland. Upon arriving, Floki sees a waterfall – and something else. Check out the exclusive clip above.
