James Corden went from It to I.T. on The Late Late Show when he suited up as Stephen King’s demonic clown, Pennywise.

“Hello, Tim… You called for me,” he emerges in a new sketch that aired on the show Wednesday. At The Late Late Show, you have to specify It or I.T. Otherwise, you end up with the mix-up that played out.

“Ugh, I see the problem: You called the I.T. department and I’m It. So there’s been a mix-up,” Corden’s Pennywise says.

Bill Skarsgard of Netflix’s Hemlock Grove portrays the clown in the It movie, directed by Andy Muschietti. But Corden’s take is “emotionally invested” in getting Tim’s computer fixed, though his horror tricks aren’t helping. Neither is the actual I.T. guy, who turns out to be Freddy Krueger.

“I’m trying to turn over a new leaf,” the dream-incepting killer promises. “I went to night school and got a degree in computer sciences.”
