Ryan Murphy and Sarah Paulson just can’t quit each other.

The pair, who have collaborated to great success on multiple projects, including American Horror Story and American Crime Story, will once again team up for Ratched, a series about the origin of the malicious nurse famously portrayed by Louise Fletcher in 1974’s One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (a role that won Fletcher an Oscar). The Netflix series will begin in 1947 and chronicle Ratched’s evolution into a full-fledged nightmare nurse.

Netflix has greenlit the project for two seasons and it marks Murphy’s first streaming series. With a pilot script written by newcomer Evan Romansky, Murphy will EP the show and Paulson will produce as well. Original Nest star Michael Douglas is also attached as an EP.

Ratched is planned to go into production in 2018.
