Big Hero 6 is coming back as Big Hero 6: The Series (we know, fist bump!) and Disney XD has a new look at the continuing adventures of Hiro and his robot pal Baymax on the small screen.

In the latest clip from the episode “Fred’s Bro-Trillion,” revealed at San Diego Comic-Con, the 14-year-old tech genius finds himself cornered in the lair of Baron Von Steamer, an “old time-y” supervillain with equally “old time-y” boobytraps. Luckily, Baymax is there to super casually hulk out and save the day.

The television series, already renewed for a second season, is based on Walt Disney Animation’s Oscar-winning Big Hero 6 movie and picks up right where the story left off. Most of the voice cast will return, as well, including Scott Adsit as Baymax, Ryan Potter as Hiro, Jamie Chung as Go Go, Genesis Rodriguez as Honey Lemon, Alan Tudyk as Alistair Krei, David Shaughnessy as Heathcliff, Maya Rudolph as Aunt Cass, and Stan Lee as Fred’s dad.

Brooks Wheelan will now voice Fred instead of T.J. Miller, while Khary Payton takes over for Damon Wayans Jr. as Wasabi.

Big Hero 6: The Series will debut on Disney XD this fall.
