American Horror Story: Lady Gaga won't return for season 7 despite rumors

Posted on

The next season of American Horror Story is currently filming but still very much cloaked in mystery. But EW can reveal one major twist: Despite reports, Lady Gaga will not be returning to AHS this season.

Over the weekend, fans discovered an article that claimed Gaga would be part of the election-themed season.

Sadly, though, that is not the case. The pop superstar will not be part of the ensemble for season 7.

Gaga made her AHS debut in season five’s Hotel as the vampiric Countess and then returned briefly to play the witchy woodswoman in Roanoke.

But this season will not be without colorful creatures. AHS co-creator Ryan Murphy revealed another sketch for one of season 7’s monsters via his Instagram this weekend.

American Horror Story season 7 will air this fall on FX. It stars Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Billie Lourd, Cheyenne Jackson, Billy Eichner, Colton Haynes, and Adina Porter.
