The Boy Wonder has come to Charm City—well, kind of.

In next Thursday’s Powerless episode, Wayne Security employees Van (Alan Tudyk), Teddy (Danny Pudi), and Ron (Ron Funches) set off on a mission to locate Batman (a.k.a. their boss and Van’s cousin, Bruce Wayne) after they find one of his Batarangs. Somehow, their quest to find the Dark Knight leads to Van indulging a superhero fantasy and dressing up as Batman’s sidekick Robin, as you can see in exclusive first look images above and below.

This is probably the closest we’ll ever come to seeing Robin on the show since, as executive producer Justin Halpern explained at the Television Critics Association’s press tour in January, there is a fair bit of red tape when it comes to depicting characters who already exist in the movies. Technically, Robin does exist in the Snyder-verse, as we saw Robin’s suit covered in Joker-graffiti in Batman v. Superman.

While the boys are off looking for the Caped Crusader, Emily (Vanessa Hudgens) decides to re-enter the dating world; however, she unknowingly ends up falling for one of the Riddler’s henchmen, played iZombie‘s Robert Buckley. Basically, it’s Batman week on Powerless, and we’re pretty excited about it.

Powerless airs Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. on NBC.
