Cardi B wants to perform at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding

Cardi B is one of the celebrities stanning for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. In fact, she’s willing to take her love for the newly-engaged couple one step further with an amazing wedding gift.

Speaking with Britain’s Capital XTRA station this week, the chart-topping rap star said with a resounding “YUP” that she’s more than willing to perform at the couple’s May 2018 nuptials.

“I’m a fan of their whole story,” explained Cardi B, who became engaged to Migos rapper Offset in October. “I’m a fan of the fact that it’s just like people still stuck to that tradition of royal kingdoms and everything. That doesn’t happen in America.”

Plus, she’s willing to perform the history-making “Bodak Yellow” for free. “I’ll just do it, ’cause it’s like oh snap!” she shared. “Have you performed for a future king?” (Come the birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s third child — Kate is currently pregnant — Harry will actually be relegated to sixth in line to the throne, behind Prince Charles, Prince William, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and the next baby-to-be.)

Back in 2011, singer Ellie Goulding performed at William and Kate’s wedding, and the royals regularly host famous musicians at events.

Harry and Markle announced their engagement via the Clarence House and Kensington Palace social media accounts on Monday. A heartwarming interview with the BBC came that same day. The couple is also set to take on their first official engagement together this Friday.
