The Recording Academy announced the 60th annual Grammy nominees Tuesday morning, and despite a few snubs, there was plenty of good news to go around on social media.

“Two of them !!Thank you Lord .I couldn’t be more grateful ❤️,” penned Cardi B on Instagram upon learning that she’s up for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance thanks to her record-breaking hit “Bodak Yellow.”

A nostalgic Khalid resurfaced his tweet about the Grammys from January 2014 — “I want to go to the Grammys one day” — writing, “Wow. I did it.” Indeed, the musician picked up nods for Best New Artist, Best R&B Song, Best Urban Contemporary Album, and Song of the Year (he’s featured on Logic’s “1-800-273-8255” alongside Alessia Cara).

“I’m freaking out right now. #GrammyNominations God is so good!!!!” tweeted Luis Fonsi, who has much to celebrate with collaborators Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber: Their smash hit “Despacito (Remix)” just might make history as the first Spanish-language tune to win Song of the Year.

Meanwhile, Ben Platt let a Kermit the Frog GIF capture his reaction to learning Dear Evan Hansen is up for Best Musical Theater Album.

Read on for messages from Grammy-nominated artists, including Pink and Dear Evan Hansen‘s Ben Platt.
