Hasbro Reveals New The Last Jedi Action Figures For Force Friday

Hasbro (3)

Star Wars toys!

Remember the old Kenner brand Luke Skywalker with the slit in his wrist so a wispy-tipped (inexplicably yellow) lightsaber could slide out? We've come a long way. On Thursday, Hasbro reveals its lineup of new toys as the world celebrates Force Friday II.
Hasbro

Luke Skywalker

A 3.75-inch figure, meant for playtime rather than collecting, features the exiled Jedi master in his Ahch-To cloak with worn-away robotic hand. But ... apparently no green lightsaber. (These standalone figures retail for $7.99)
Hasbro

Kylo Ren

What at first glance resembles a high-tech crypt for the First Order villain is actually a starter kit for Hasbro's Force Link feature. This wristband unlocks an array of phrases, sound effects, lights with 30 compatible figures, accessories, vehicles, and playsets. (Retail price: $24.99)
Hasbro

Elite Praetorian Guard

This 3.75-inch figure is one of the crimson-armored bodyguards for Supreme Leader Snoke.
Hasbro

Finn

Still wearing his favorite jacket from Poe Dameron, this former Stormtrooper is shown in 3.75-inch format.
Hasbro

Rey

Here we see Daisy Ridley's Rey ditching the scavenger rags for a more classical Jedi look. And she's still in possession of the Skywalker lightsaber.
Hasbro

Rose Tico

This new character played by Kelly Marie Tran is a Resistance mechanic who gets swept up on a covert mission with Finn to the casino city of Canto Bight. She speaks softly, but carries a big blaster.
Hasbro

C-3PO

The red arm has been restored to its original goldenrod luster for everybody's not-so-favorite protocol droid.
Hasbro

First Order Stormtrooper

You can never have too many. They go down fast.
Hasbro

General Hux

The First Order fascist (played by Domhnall Gleeson) is still threatening to rule the galaxy with the clenched fist of his brand of freedom — but now he has a sidekick, the MSE-6 (or mouse droid.)
Hasbro

Paige Tico

Another of the new characters in The Last Jedi is Rose's sister, Paige, played by Veronica Ngo. Paige is a gunner with the Resistance who has fought frequently on the front lines alongside Poe Dameron and other high profile heroes.
Hasbro

TIE Silencer

Among the new vehicles is Kylo Ren's personal starfighter, the fang-winged TIE Silencer. It includes the villain in flight outfit, and retails for $49.99
Hasbro

Canto Bight Police Speeder

These security vehicles look like something our police would throw into a road to burst a bad guy's tires. This vehicle includes an officer from the galactic casino and retails for $29.99.
Hasbro

A-wing Fighter

We saw the A-wing fighters in the original trilogy, but here's a new variation for a different generation. It includes the Resistance pilot named Tallie. (First name, last name? That's unclear.) This vehicle also sells for $29.99.
Hasbro

Poe Dameron

Here's Oscar Isaac's character in X-wing, deep-space gear. But there's also another version of him for sale with a new vehicle ...
Hasbro

Ski Speeder

Poe Dameron trades his X-wing for this significantly less stable fighter, which was seen in The Last Jedi trailer stirring up a plume of red mineral as it skims the surface of the planet Crait. This ship sells for $39.99.
Hasbro

Supreme Leader Snoke

He looks small here, but golden-robed Supreme Leader Snoke (played by Andy Serkis) dwarfs his 3.75-inch Praetorian Guard in this battle station playset, modeled on a BB-8 exterior. It sells for $179.99.
Hasbro

Darth Vader

Should we read much into the fact that The Last Jedi toyline includes a Darth Vader? Maybe, maybe not. Vader is omnipresent in every toy collection, and at least his spirit and memory hover over every Star Wars film.
Hasbro

Kylo Ren

Those seeking just the scarfaced dark-sider can get this figure, complete with crossguard lightsaber.
Hasbro

12-inch Kylo Ren

The villain comes in much larger form with this foot-tall, interactive figurine, which includes than 65 light and sound effects — including a lightsaber that glows Sith red.
Hasbro

Rathtar and Bala-Tik

The new line also includes some figures from past films, including this space monster and Bala-Tik, who came to collect from Han Solo in The Force Awakens. This retails for $19.99.
Hasbro

Han Solo and Boba Fett

I don't remember Boba Fett having these dual flamethrowers in the original trilogy, but hey ... they're cool. This set sells for $14.99 and is among the many here that is Force Link enabled to make sound effects.
Hasbro

Darth Vader and Probe Droid

Another throwback is this Empire Strikes Back-era Darth Vader with Imperial "Viper" probe droid. It sells for $14.99  and is also Force Link enabled.
Hasbro

BB-8 Adventure Base

The roly-poly droid opening up to form a space-battle base, with a small version of BB-8 and Rey included to scale the vehicle landing pad, jail cell, catwalks and other levels. It sells for $79.99.
Hasbro

Plush Porg

Before we get to the Black Series figures, let's just stop and hug this soft Porg. It retails for $39.99 and is battery operated to waddle, flap its wings, and chirp and coo.
Hasbro

Black Series Rey

These more detailed, collector-friendly figures stand 6-inches and retail for $19.99.
Hasbro

Black Series Luke Skywalker

Hasbro

Black Series Kylo Ren

Hasbro

Black Series Hera Syndulla

The Rebels pilot gets the collector treatment.
Hasbro

Black Series Classic Stormtrooper

Hasbro

Black Series Grand Admiral Thrawn

Another villain from the animated Rebels series.
Hasbro

Black Series Luke Skywalker and Speeder

This vehicle pack from the original 1977 Star Wars film features farmboy Luke and his Tatooine speeder. It sells $59.99.
Hasbro

Black Series Rey and Speeder

The Jakku scavenger and her tractor-like speeder sell for $59.99.
Hasbro

Black Series Darth Vader

This figure in battle pose, tearing into the Tantive IV at the start of the original Star Wars, sells for $49.99.
Hasbro

Black Series Luke Skywalker

In a similar pose from The Empire Strikes Back, Luke charges into battle on Hoth against the four-legged AT-ATs. This display piece also sells for $49.99.
Hasbro

Black Series Rey on Crait

This figure comes with a display stand made of the red soil of Crait, a world where an abandoned Rebel base becomes the site of a battle between the Resistance and the First Order. It retails for $34.99.
Hasbro

Black Series Kylo Ren and Throne Room

Another display figure from the Black Series is Kylo Ren, seen here in the box, with elements from the Supreme Leader Snoke throne room in The Last Jedi. It also sells for $34.99.
Hasbro

Black Series Luke Skywalker on Ahch-To

Finally, the last of the Black Series display figures -- this one Luke Skywalker on the Force-sacred island of Ahch-To, where he has retreated into self-imposed exile. Retail: $34.99.
