Kappa Kappa Tau ('Scream Queens')
Far and away the deadliest sorority on the list, the Kappa Kappa Tau house made its introduction with the September 2015 premiere of Scream Queens. Led largely by sisters named Chanel, the Kappas find their home at Wallace University, residing in the expansive and impressive Kappa House.

Delta Psi Beta (Neighbors)
The hard-partying brothers of Delta Psi Beta moved in next door to Seth Rogen's character of Mac and his wife Kelly (Rose Byrne) in 2014's Neighbors. Brought to the big screen by the likes of Zac Efron, Dave Franco, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse, the Delta Psis chant "Chivalry above self" as they throw regular ragers.

Lambda Omega Omega (National Lampoon's Van Wilder)
Ryan Reynolds aligned himself with the Lambda Omega Omega fraternity as Van Wilder in 2002's National Lampoon's Van Wilder. The super senior found himself rolling with the nerdy crew after butting heads with Richard "Dick" Bagg and his villainous Delta Iota Kappa brothers.

Lambda Lambda Lambda (Revenge of the Nerds)
The nerds get their day in the sun with the formation of their fraternity Lambda Lambda Lambda, or Tri-Lambs. Feuding with the bullying Alpha Betas, the Tri-Lambs fight to get respect at Adams College.

Delta Omicron Gamma (Sorority Boys)
Three former Kappa Omicron Kappa men questionably pledge their allegiance to a new house in 2002's Sorority Boys. After finding themselves in hot water in their own house, they masquerade as members of Delta Omicron Gamma sorority in an attempt to prove that they deserve to be let back into the frat.

Delta Delta Delta (Saturday Night Live)
In the 1990s, Melanie Hutsell, Siobhan Fallon Hogan and Beth Cahill teamed up to star as three sisters of Delta Delta Delta sorority in an ongoing sketch on SNL. In a bit that is still associated with the real-life house decades later, the girls answer the phone with the trademark "Delta, Delta, Delta, can I help ya, help ya, help ya?"

Theta Nu Theta (Stomp the Yard)
DJ Williams (Columbus Short) finds his place at Truth University in Stomp the Yard (2007) thanks to the Theta Nu Theta fraternity. He becomes an integral part of the frat's step routines as they face off with their rival house, Mu Gamma Xi.

In a late 2000s TV show all about greek life — fittingly, Greek — the Zeta Beta Zetas rule Cyprus-Rhodes University, often mingling with the men of Omega Chi Delta fraternity.

A former inhabitant of the Playboy Mansion, Shelley (Anna Faris) finds new digs at the Zeta Alpha Zeta house. After attempting unsuccessfully to bond with the prissy Phi Iota Mus, she gets to know the motley crew that is the Zetas.

Beta Upsilon Pi (Bob's Burgers)
Bob pays a visit to Beta Upsilon Pi in the fourth season of Bob's Burgers. Filling in as the fraternity's cook, he bonds with the brothers and helps them pull off some epic pranks.
