10. Curtis Finch, Jr.
The judges have anointed this worship leader the great big spirit animal of season 12 — but do viewers think he's genuine? And will his audience-rousing vocal romps translate through the screen?

9. Paul Jolley
''Music of the American Idols'' provides the perfect opportunity for Paul — who wants to be ''the guy version of Taylor Swift'' — to try a Carrie Underwood song. But he's inconsistent and lacks authority while singing.

8. Janelle Arthur
Putting a country twang on a non-country song would probably be Janelle's best move this week — so far the little marshmallow (according to Nicki Minaj) and ''America's Sweetheart'' (according to Mariah Carey) has been overshadowed by better country vocalist Kree Harrison.

7. Lazaro Arbos
He's so inspiring! Yes indeed. But can he pull off more non-trainwreck performances? Last week's "Feeling Good" was well-practiced, but his results-show "Bridge Over Troubled Water'' was a very troubling mess. His cuteness and backstory will keep him around a few weeks.

6. Amber Holcomb
Every time she's sung, she's surprised us with near-perfect vocals and an infectious spirit. An uptempo track — Kelly Clarkson, maybe? — would set Amber apart from the pack. There needs to be something memorable about her performances other than a reminder that oh yeah, this girl sounds great.

5. Devin Velez
He's been the most consistent guy vocally, and singing parts of songs in Spanish is still an intrigue, not yet a tired gimmick.

4. Burnell Taylor
Like Randy Jackson said (I can't believe how often I've agreed with Randy), there's an urgency in Burnell's first few notes — whatever they are — that just draw you in. He's got a unique fashion sense and visual performance style on top of an incredibly rich voice. I don't think he can go wrong this week.

3. Angela Miller
But the girls are in it to win it, Ryan! ''Angie'' may want to stick to a piano-driven ballad since the judges are constantly telling her that's where she's best. But will viewers get bored? What else does she have up her sleeve(less dress)?

2. Candice Glover
The South Carolina native delivered the most emotional and powerful live performance of the week with Thursday's results-show cover of ''I'm Going Down.'' Can she keep pulling out hits like that one when people are actually voting? (Please!)

1. Kree Harrison
She proved she's just as flawless on uptempo songs (like Thursday's ''Evidence'' by Susan Tedeschi) as she is on country power ballads like Faith Hill's ''Stronger'' (pictured). Given free reign over the Idol winners' songbook, I think she'll impress us most with an original spin on an old favorite.
