After months of mocking President Donald Trump on Twitter, author Stephen King woke up to the unfortunate news on Tuesday that he had been blocked by the commander-in-chief.

Considering how much more difficult this will make King’s criticism of Trump’s actions and policy, the author was correspondingly despondent: “Trump has blocked me from reading his tweets. I may have to kill myself,” he wrote.

Luckily, another literary voice who has criticized Trump on social media stepped in to help. Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, who has blasted Trump on a number of occasions, offered to send him screenshots of the tweets through direct messaging.
