The question on every Suits fan’s mind: How will Pearson Specter Litt survive without Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres)? Thankfully, you’ll only have to wait a bit longer to find out.

The sixth season of Suits will resume Wednesday, Jan. 25. The winter premiere will pick up right after the midseason cliffhanger, which saw the departure of original cast member Torres.

At the end of the legal drama’s midseason finale, Jessica announced that she was leaving the firm, leaving it in the hands of named partners Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman). In the season’s remaining six episodes, Harvey and Louis will be forced to put aside their differences in order to keep the firm afloat. Meanwhile, Mike (Patrick J. Adams), having reunited with Rachel (Meghan Markle) after his brief stint in prison, will be trying to figure out what he wants to do with his life now that he can’t be a lawyer.

The long-running series has already been renewed for season 7, which is expected to air in 2017. Suits returns Wednesday, Jan. 25 at 10 p.m. ET on USA Network.
