Back to the Future: Michael J. Fox still isn't sure how the science works

Posted on

Michael J. Fox is glad to talk to passionate Back to the Future fans, but just don’t ask him to explain the science behind the classic film.

The latest episode of EW Reunites sees the stars of the film back together in 2010 for its 25th anniversary, when they discussed their 1985 blockbuster — including the impressive knowledge of the film’s fans.

“What I get is that people want to talk about the space-time continuum and stuff, and I’m like, ‘Dude I was just in the movie, I don’t know how it works,’” laughed Fox. “But people want to have conversations with me about it and I’m like, ‘We can talk about the movie, but I have no idea.’ There are people who know the movie better than I do.”

Watch this full episode of EW Reunites: Back to the Future, available now, on the new People/Entertainment Weekly Network (PEN). Go to PEOPLE.com/PEN, or download the PEN app on Apple TV, Roku Players, Amazon Fire TV, Xumo, Chromecast, iOS and Android devices.
