Rachel McAdams is in talks to join Rachel Weisz in the upcoming film Disobedience, EW has confirmed.

Disobedience is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Naomi Alderman. The story follows a Ronit (Weisz) who visits her Orthodox Jewish family after the death of her estranged father. While there, she reignites a forbidden love affair with her childhood best friend Esti (McAdams), who is now married to Ronit’s cousin.
