Kim Kardashian robbery: Jamie Lee Curtis defends reality star

Posted on

Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint in Paris on Monday, a horrible story that became even more horrible once people on the internet started making jokes about the incident. James Corden was one of the first celebrities to condemn such comments, which Jamie Lee Curtis complimented him for when she stopped by The Late Late Show on Monday night.

“You were the first person to stand up and tell the Twitter souls that they should shut the f— up and leave this poor woman alone, and let her recover. You said it, and I’m impressed by you,” Curtis said. “It’s a mother of two small children! My god, these people just need to have their devices put somewhere.”

“Regardless of whatever you think of someone, it’s someone being held at gunpoint in a room,” Corden said. “Just don’t say anything. You don’t need to say anything. Just don’t do anything.”
