Hang a little mistletoe and holly in the room where it happens: Leslie Odom, Jr. is releasing a Christmas album.

The Hamilton alum and Tony Award winner has announced that he’ll soon be putting his spin on Christmas classics with the release of his new holiday album Simply Christmas. Billed as a “soulful jazz” album, Simply Christmas will include standards like “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “The Christmas Song,” and “First Noel.”

“I get asked about recording a Christmas album a few times a week,” Odom said in a statement. “I hope we’ve made a record you’ll gladly add to your collection of holiday classics. Simply Christmas was a real pleasure to sing and create. It’s filled with everything that is special to me about the holidays.”

Earlier this year, Odom released his self-titled jazz album, and he concluded his Tony-winning role as Aaron Burr in Hamilton this summer. Simply Christmas will be released on Nov. 11.
