Posted on

Guests of Disneyland and Disney World Resorts will get a glimpse of magic in the making, as Marvel Studios plans to premiere a 10-minute sneak peek of Doctor Strange beginning Oct. 7.

According to the official Disney Parks blog, parkgoers at Disney California Adventure can see the preview in 3D with special in-theater effects at the Sunset Showcase Theater in Hollywood Land. Those attending Disney’s Hollywood Studios can see it as part of One Man’s Dream attraction.

Doctor Strange will introduce Marvel movie fans to the newest superhero, played by Benedict Cumberbatch. After losing the use of his hands in a car accident, acclaimed neurosurgeon Stephen Strange travels to Nepal in a desperate effort to find a cure. What he discovers is The Ancient One (Tilda Swinton), a powerful magician who trains Strange to become earth’s defender against mystic threats.

The film, directed by Scott Derrickson, also stars Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Mads Mikkelsen, and Benedict Wong. Doctor Strange opens in theaters on Nov. 4. Watch the trailer below.
