Jimmy Eat World have announced a fall headlining tour in support of their impending new album, Integrity Blues.

Following a previously announced string of September dates, the Arizona alt rockers will hit the road for an additional two months. They’ll make stops across the U.S. throughout October, then head overseas for European shows before wrapping Nov. 20 in Birmingham, England.

Along with the news, the band also shared a motivational note detailing the record’s focus. “It is about throwing away your default responses to life, accept[ing] life on the terms of life and becoming willing to accept the best any of us have is to be in the state of progress,” they wrote. “Integrity matters because if you let the answer of ‘Who do I need to be?’ inform your question ‘What should I do?’ … there just isn’t room for the negative cycle to get traction.” View the full letter on their website.
