Jaimie Alexander snuck behind enemy lines. The actress, who plays Lady Sif in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, took a break from filming Blindspot for NBC to crash the set of Gotham, Fox’s DC comics series.
“Snuck onto the [Gotham] set and took over [Wayne Manor],” Alexander tweeted along with a photo of her lounging in Batman’s family estate. The actress also posed for a photo with Gotham stars Drew Powell (Butch Gilzean), Robin Lord Taylor (Oswald Cobblepot), and Cory Michael Smith (Edward Nygma). “Love these fellas,” she wrote.
Alexander “is just the hero [Gotham] needs,” Taylor responded. Too bad she’s firmly planted on Team Marvel.
After making her appearance in the Thor films, Alexander appeared as Sif more than once on the Marvel movie companion series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. While she wasn’t named in the formal cast announcement for Thor: Ragnarok, it seems like Sif will return to fight another day: Alexander responded to concerns on Twitter in May by writing, “Don’t worry.”
Thor: Ragnarok is currently filming ahead of its release on Nov. 3, 2017.
