Sinead O’Connor is alive and well after Chicago police confirmed Thursday night they were looking for the Irish singer after receiving a call from Dublin authorities, warning O’Connor had told family members she would jump off a bridge in the Chicago area.

O’Connor posted to Facebook early Friday morning commenting on the Brexit vote to leave the European Union, and calling “bullsh–” on the Dublin officials’ claims.

“By the way it’s bullsh– I jumped off a bridge, some stupid b—- up at Swords Garda station decided she’d like to throw a bit of false and malicious gossip about is all,” she wrote. “AM FAR TOO F—ING HAPPY FOR THAT!! IRELAND 4 ENGLAND 0!!!”

About the Brexit vote, she wrote, “IRELAND IS OFFICIALLY NO LONGER OWNED BY BRITAIN!!!! CONGRATS TO EVERY MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD WHO EVER DIED FOR THE CAUSE OF IRISH FREEDOM, AND ALSO TO ALL THOSE INCLUDING MYSELF, WHO HAVE BEEN PERSECUTED MERCILESSLY BY THE IRISH SO CALLED FREE-STATE FOR HAVING DECLARED SUPPORT FOR SINN FEIN AND THE REPUBLICAN MOVEMENT. OUR DAY HAS COME !!!!!!!”
