Ellen DeGeneres is used to asking the questions on the set of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, but now the tables have turned!
DeGeneres, 58, sat down with PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly editorial director Jess Cagle for rapid-fire Q&A game called The Cagle Exercise — and she had plenty of surprising answers.
Asked to share her greatest extravagance, DeGeneres revealed she’s got a weakness for watches. Asked which song always makes her dance, the host revealed that she can’t resist James Brown’s “Get Up Offa That Thing.”
She had plenty of other fun answers:
It’s heresy, but BLANK is overrated: “This is controversial, but chocolate … It’s good, but people go crazy over chocolate.”
Only I know that I am … “a genius.”
My last meal would be … “a pasta arrabiata”
The movie I’ve watched the most … “Out of Africa and The World According to Garp.
I feel sexiest, when I am … “walking”
I wouldn’t be caught dead in a … “casket.”
I can sum up my life in this hashtag … “#GratefulAndYetIWantMore”
