There are more behind-the-scenes changes at The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Executive producer Meredith Bennett has left CBS’s flagship late-night show, EW has learned.
Bennett, a former co-EP on Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report, mostly handled business and production operations for The Late Show. New showrunner Chris Licht assumed many of Bennett’s responsibilities after coming aboard in April, according to Deadline, which first reported the news.
Bennett followed Colbert from Comedy Central, along with former Report co-EP Tom Purcell.
Licht joined the show after working on CBS This Morning from 2012 to 2015.
The Late Show airs 11:35 p.m. ET on CBS.
