Saturday Night Live breakouts The Lonely Island will soon grace big screens everywhere when Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, about pop star Conner (Andy Samberg) getting back together with his old band (Akiva Schaffer, Jorma Taccone), arrives in theaters in June. Before that, however, Samberg and the others stopped by The Tonight Show on Monday, where they played a version of their iconic breakthrough joke song, “I’m on a Boat.”

In classic Tonight Show fashion, The Lonely Island played their song with The Roots and host Jimmy Fallon using simple classroom instruments like the xylophone and kazoo. They also used some relevant props, like a toy mermaid.

Watch the clip below. Popstar is out June 3, complete with cameos from Fallon and Questlove.
