Michael B. Jordan will have some help plotting his big heist for MGM’s remake of The Thomas Crown Affair.

EW has confirmed that Joe and Anthony Russo, the sibling directors of the superhero blockbuster Captain America: Civil War, will join Jordan as producers on the project re-imagining the story of a debonair thief who meets his match in a dogged insurance investigator.

Jordan is playing the role originated by Steve McQueen in the 1968 version of The Thomas Crown Affair and followed by Pierce Brosnan in a 1999 remake. Faye Dunaway and Rene Russo played the respective female leads.

Producing under their Getaway Productions banner alongside Mike Larocca, the Russos will help Jordan and MGM develop the Thomas Crown remake and choose a director. In the meantime, they’ll be plenty busy with their own directing duties on Marvel’s two-part Avengers: Infinity War saga, which is scheduled to shoot back-to-back over nine months starting later this year.

Deadline first reported the Russos’ involvement with Thomas Crown Affair.
