Warning: This story contains major spoilers from Thursday’s episode of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Read at your own risk!

In a surprising twist, Captain Cold sacrifices himself for the team during the penultimate episode of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. However, that doesn’t mean Wentworth Miller is gone for good.

EW has confirmed that Miller still has a series regular contract, but his episodes will be spread across multiple DC titles on The CW, specifically The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. Lest anyone forget, Legends deals in time travel, so Snart could certainly return. In other words, don’t freak out: We will see Captain Cold again!

That flexibility should help Miller, who is set to star in Fox’s Prison Break event series. While Snart “won’t be part of the team of Legends on board of The Waverider next year, he will have a very active role on the show,” executive producer Greg Berlanti told Deadline.com, which first reported the news.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
