Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have added eight U.S. dates to their ongoing River Tour trek.
Picking up August 23 and running through September 14, the new slate includes stops in Chicago, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia. Ticket sales begin Friday on Ticketmaster.com.
The news comes just before the Boss launches the European leg of his tour, which kicks off May 14 in Barcelona, Spain and concludes July 31. The initial 37-date stateside run has racked up a number of meme-worthy moments thus far, including a cameo from Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder, an onstage dance duet with a 91-year-old woman, and Springsteen’s best attempt at dabbing.
