Mother’s Day is Sunday, but Ellen DeGeneres started the maternal celebrations early with Kristen Bell and Mila Kunis. The stars, mothers in real life and onscreen this summer in the new comedy Bad Moms, appeared on Friday’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show to talk about parenthood (Kunis “absolutely” wants another child, Bell is not looking to have a third) and marriage with husbands Dax Shepard and Ashton Kutcher.
The men surprised their wives on the talk show, and then participated in a game of “Never Have We Ever,” where DeGeneres asked personal questions about their lives.
Using the other’s toothbrush without telling them? Check. Throwing something out without telling them? Check. Falling asleep during sex? Check-ish. (There was some debate on that one from the Bell-Shepard side of the couch.) But what of wearing handcuffs?
Bell said she had not, but Shepard said he had. “He’s talking about another partner, Ellen,” Bell said.
“I’m talking about the police and stuff,” Shepard replied, before clarifying what he meant. “Is that not what that means? That was a sexual thing. Normally all I think is sexual stuff, but this time I went legal.”
