Paul McCartney joined the long line of┬ástars to pay tribute to Prince since his death on April 21. The former Beatle performed the Purple One’s hit “Let’s Go Crazy” during a recent tour stop in Minneapolis, Prince’s hometown.

He dedicated the Purple Rain track to the “late, great Prince” and said, “Prince, Minneapolis; Minneapolis, Prince. It goes together.” Purple lights and Prince’s symbol shone behind him while he played.

In recent weeks, everyone from Beck to Aretha Franklin, Chris Martin to Bruce Springsteen, Usher to Maya Rudolph have covered the late legend.
