Sony wants to scare you again. The studio is preparing a follow-up to last fall’s Goosebumps, EW confirms.

Deals are in the works to bring back director Rob Letterman and writer Darren Lemke, along with producers Deborah Forte and Neal H. Moritz. While star Jack Black isn’t officially on board, the plan is for him to return as the author of the spooky book series, R.L. Stine.

The first cinematic adaption of Stine’s franchise book series raked in nearly $160 million worldwide with a budget of $58 million. It fared well with critics, too: EW gave the film a B, while it holds a 77 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
