Over the last decade, Out magazine has honored the most influential people in America’s LGBT community with spots on its annual Power List. For its 10th edition, released Thursday, the publication picked from television personalities, politicians, activists, and business moguls, including everyone from TV frequenters Ellen DeGeneres and Caitlyn Jenner to Apple CEO Tim Cook.

Cook and DeGeneres topped the list for the second in year in a row, coming in at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively. After coming out as transgender last April, former Olympic athlete and current I Am Cait star Jenner made the cut for the first time. Other newcomers include SNL‘s Kate McKinnon, Transparent creator Jill Soloway, and sister-sister Matrix duo Lana and Lilly Wachowski, while Rachel Maddow, Anderson Cooper, Ryan Murphy, Neil Patrick Harris, and Zachary Quinto all nabbed repeat ranks.
