FX, 10 p.m.

In the run-up to this week’s finale, the retrospective includes current and former judges, contestants, and Ryan Seacrest suits all sharing their favorite memories from the show’s long run.

BK99 x OITNB

Brooklyn Nine-Nine

Fox, 9:30 p.m.

Aida Turturro (a.k.a Tony Soprano’s sister) guest-stars in an episode that has Amy going undercover at a women’s prison. I smell some Orange Is the New Black jokes coming!

CHOW HOUND

Million Dollar Critic

Cooking, 10 p.m.

They say everyone’s a critic these days, but how many people can say they’re million dollar critics? Giles Coren can. The London Times food snob, whose reviews are powerful enough to determine the fates and fortunes of restaurants, comes to America to sample (and critique!) our humble country’s offerings, starting with Tuesday’s premiere in Charleston, S.C.
