Fans of Discovery’s Shark Week are getting an early summer treat: the annual bite-fest will air June 26 through July 3, its earliest premiere in at least 15 years. The networked announced the news with the release of the program’s first 2016 promo, which pegs this year’s theme as “Shark n’ Awe.”

In the video, a lounging swimmer tumbles into the ocean’s tumultuous depths, where a bevy of chomp-ready sharks (and a few mermaids) swarm amongst a technicolor, carnival-like display.

The 2016 run is set to feature face-offs with dolphins, seals, and crocodiles, according to Deadline. “Prepare yourself for the ride of your life!” Discovery wrote on Twitter.
