Here’s something delightful: a sneak peek at Tuesday’s The Late Late Show Carpool Karaoke Primetime Special, featuring Late Late Show host James Corden doing his best impression of Macklemore.

A play on Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’ 2015 single “Downtown,” Corden sings about “Primetime” and what viewers can expect from the show. “Went to my network bosses and said, ‘Screw it.’ Boss is like, ‘How about a special, you want to do it?’ Primetime, 10 to 11. Mainstream, like a slice of heaven. Big shot, going to work like crazy. Sampling my skills like Jay Z.”

The Carpool Karaoke special comes on the heels of Corden’s explosive first year as host of The Late Late Show, success that was buoyed by the viral Carpool Karaoke videos. Included in the Tuesday special are Adele, Sia, One Direction, and a brand-new Carpool Karaoke segment with Jennifer Lopez.
