This season of I Am Cait has focused on politics, and star Caitlyn Jenner has had some controversial opinions. She drew fire for saying Donald Trump would be “good for women’s issues” (a comment she later walked back), and also took Hillary Clinton to task for her lack of leadership skills. “If Hillary becomes president, the country’s over,” Jenner said.
In a new clip from Sunday’s episode, Jenner is shown running into the Democratic presidential candidate, whom she had previously called “a political hack.” But despite these fiery comments, Jenner and Clinton greet each other in a cordial manner in Iowa. Jenner explained that she and her friends were travelling the country “dealing with trans issues.”
“That’s great,” Clinton responded. “I have to tell you, what’s happening around the world deserves your attention.”
Clinton and Jenner then posed for a photo together, which Jenner posted on her Instagram last week with the hashtags #learningfrommygirls and #willingtolisten. Watch the clip above.
