Superman has changed a lot between Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The widespread destruction of Metropolis has affected the character, reminding him of the heavy responsibility that comes with such power. But there are some more subtle differences as well. Star Henry Cavill explained to Seth Meyers on Tuesday that the Batman v Superman suit is now a lot easier to change in and out of, per his request.

“I spoke to the costume designer, ‘The first suit was great and I loved it, but just creatively, I would really like to be able to pee this time,’ ” Cavill said. “‘Whenever I choose.’ “

According to Cavill, the Man of Steel version of the super-suit required 15–20 minutes to change in and out of.

“That’s no good,” Meyers agreed. “This is a guy who’s supposed to go into a phone booth and just come out wearing it.”

This isn’t the first time Meyers has discussed the difficulties of peeing in a costume with a guest. But that’s not all he and Cavill discussed. They also drafted presidential candidates into the Batman/Superman fight.

“I think Donald Trump, rooting for Batman, because you got an illegal alien,” Meyers said. “Bernie Sanders rooting for Superman because Batman’s one of them billionaires.”
