Emma Watson chooses Gloria Steinem's My Life on the Road for feminist book club

When Emma Watson announced her feminist book club, “Our Shared Shelf,” on Wednesday, readers — including the EW Books team — clamored to figure out which book the brainy actress would choose as her first pick.

Watson announced Thursday that she had, fittingly, chosen Ms. magazine founder and feminist pioneer Gloria Steinem’s memoir, My Life on the Road, which came out in October of 2015.
