Are you ready for some football? And by football, I mean dozens of adorable kittens romping around a mini Super Bowl field? I thought so!
As sports fans brace themselves for Super Bowl 50, animal lovers should be preparing their brains for the cuteness of Hallmark Channel’s Kitten Bowl. In its third year, the celebration of all things adorable and athletic will air Su-“purr” Bowl Sunday (Feb. 7) at 12 p.m. ET/PT.
The lucky baby cats tapped to play in the big showdown are hard at work training for the game. Hallmark Channel has offered PEOPLE an exclusive inside look at the kittens on the training field, along with a sneak peek of the other Kitten Bowl promo that will start airing on Jan. 10.
A chance to play in the Kitten Bowl isn’t just about screen time; all these adoptable felines from North Shore Animal League are looking to be drafted into a forever home.
“Not only are these cats some of the best players in the Feline Football League, but also they are looking for their forever homes,” Boomer Esiason, four-time Pro Bowl quarterback and Feline Football League Commissioner said. “These champions will make loving and playful additions to any family looking to adopt an animal in need.”
Start making room in your heart and home now, because once you meet these kittens there is no going back.
