CNN anchor Poppy Harlow says she’s okay after briefly fainting while reporting live on air Monday.
Harlow, who is expecting a child due this spring, was reporting on a poll gauging American opinions on the war on terrorism when she began to slur her words and fell silent off camera. CNN quickly cut to commercial, and after viewers began to tweet their concern, Harlow soon reappeared on air.
“For all of you on Twitter who are asking if I’m okay, thank you so much,” Harlow said when she returned. “I got a little hot, and I passed out for a moment. I am fine.”
