While getting a chance to look at Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch — now officially renamed the Sycamore Valley Ranch and currently on the market for $100 million — is incredibly tough to do, the Today show gave viewers a glimpse at the property for a segment featuring Kyle Forsyth, the senior vice president of real estate company Colony Capital.
In the clip, the ranch appears as it did when Matt Lauer went on a tour of the property in 2009 soon after Jackson’s death — but Forsyth said future buyers will be able to do whatever they want with the grounds.
“The train tracks are here, the train station is here, his movie theater, but what they want to do with it, it’s really up to them,” Forsyth said before adding that they do picture the buyer being a Jackson fan. “We still have an affinity for Michael and a deep respect for Michael’s legacy.”
