Star Wars fans have seen exactly one clip from The Force Awakens, but with the film out in just four days, director J.J. Abrams has lifted the lid on his mystery box. Albeit ever so slightly.

During Abrams’ interview with 60 Minutes on Sunday night, the Force Awakens filmmaker allowed cameras into the editing room while he was cutting together the scene where Rey (Daisy Ridley) meets BB-8 for the first time. Video of the moment can be seen starting around the seven-minute mark in the video below.

That sequence wasn’t the only reveal made by 60 Minutes. As part of the program’s online-only package of clips, composer John Williams was shown conducting the film’s opening musical piece, which plays after the traditional Star Wars fanfare and crawl, according to Abrams. “It’s almost cheating, when you have John Williams, because he writes feelings,” Abrams said to 60 Minutes. “He knows how to make your heart soar like no one else.”
