Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller is asking for more time to prepare for her trial after pleading not guilty to bankruptcy fraud.

On Thursday, the dance instructor’s attorneys filed a second motion for extension of time to file pretrial motions, according to court papers obtained by Deadline.

A federal grand jury indicted Miller, 49, in October for allegedly hiding more than $755,000 in secret bank accounts between 2012–13.

The smoking gun? Emails from Miller and her accountant that allegedly read, “LETS MAKE MONEY AND KEEP ME OUT OF JAIL. DON’T PUT CASH IN THE BANK!!!”, according to Reuters

Miller faces up to five years in prison if convicted.

Additionally, she told fans in a Dance Moms newsletter that she may be “missing” from portions of the upcoming season 6 because she’s “fighting” with a producer who wants to fake scenes.

“I am always teaching principles, integrity, and values in addition to dance technique,” she wrote, Deadline reports. “It is important for me that the girls learn to stand up and fight for what they believe in!”
