Let’s see Simon Cowell hate this. U.K. singing competition The X Factor announced Thursday that Adele will perform her massive single “Hello” on the show’s season finale on Sunday.
This will be Adele’s first-ever performance on the competition series, which has run for 12 seasons in the U.K., and it follows the record-breaking release of her third studio album 25. The Sunday finale will also feature upcoming Super Bowl halftime performers Coldplay singing “Adventure of a Lifetime” from their new album A Head Full of Dreams and former X Factor contestants One Direction performing “History” and “Infinity” from their chart-topping new album Made in the A.M.

The day before the finale, The X Factor will narrow down it’s final three contestants — Ché Chesterman, Louisa Johnson, and Reggie ‘n’ Bollie — to a final two. The Saturday show will also bring back past X Factor successes for performances. Leona Lewis (winner of season 3) and Ben Haenow (winner of season 11) will perform a duet called “Slamming Doors,” and Little Mix (winners of season 8) and Fleur East (runner-up of season 11) will perform a duet as well.
The two-episode X Factor finale will air on Saturday and Sunday at 8 p.m. BST on ITV in the U.K., and on Sunday and Monday at 8 p.m. ET on AXS in the U.S.
