The life of WWE wrestler and Trainwreck scene-stealer John Cena may seem glamorous, but even he has personal demons to fight. He’s just able to work those issues out on television.
Cena appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and couldn’t help but reflect on his memories of childhood, of little Johnny Cena’s girlfriend moving away and of his childhood dog, Ruffles, complete with a few notes from Adele’s “Hello.” Luckily, he was able to confront his inner child when Troye Sivan appeared during Cena’s attempt to become a man. He succeeded, but that means little Johnny has to suffer a violent end at the hands of papa John.
Watch Cena reflect on his memories and more in the clip below. He can next be seen in Sisters, which opens in theaters on Dec. 18.
