Jaden Smith thinks 'Age of Adaline' is the best movie ever (outside of 'Twilight')

In 2012, Sight and Sound named Vertigo as the best movie of all time. And when the group gets together again in 2022 to vote, perhaps they’ll cite Age of Adaline? That’s what Jaden Smith thinks, at least.

On Wednesday morning, Smith proclaimed his love for Adaline, the Blake Lively romance which received mildly positive reviews upon its release earlier this year. “The Age of Adaline might be the best movie I’ve ever seen,” Smith wrote, before adding a single caveat: “Excluding Twilight.”

Either this tweet has been sitting in Smith’s drafts since Adaline was released in April of this year or he just recently decided to check it out on Blu-ray. Either way, the out-of-nowhere tweet received some enthusiastic response. Podcaster and comedian Demi Adejuyigbe implored Smith to start his own podcast to discuss his thoughts on movies. Until then, however, we will just have to get our Jadenisms one tweet at a time.

Age of Adaline did not make EW’s list of best movies from 2015, but check out that list here anyway.
