“Poker Face” was Lady Gaga’s second single ever. Now, it’s her second single to go diamond. The RIAA announced on Monday that the 2008 hit off Gaga’s debut album The Fame has gone platinum 10 times. In the digital age, one unit of sale is equal to one purchase or 100 digital streams.
The only other Gaga song to go platinum was “Bad Romance,” the 2009 song that hit the same mark in 2013. Gaga’s next closest cut to hitting diamond is “Just Dance,” which reached eight-times platinum in May.
