Josh Duggar has been implicated in another sex scandal.

Duggar, 27, is being sued by adult film actress and model Danica Dillon, who alleges that Duggar “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries” while they were having consensual sex after he propositioned her in a Philadelphia strip club in March, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Dillon, a married mother of two whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, filed her lawsuit Tuesday and is asking for $500,000 in damages, saying she has suffered emotionally and physically since the alleged incident and is being treated by a psychiatrist for severe anxiety.

The news comes as the former 19 Kids and Counting star remains in faith-based rehab center Reformers Unanimous in Rockford, Illinois, where he checked in August after confessing to cheating on his wife Anna using the website Ashley Madison and being addicted to porn.

“I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him,” Duggar, who has four children and worked as a lobbyist for the conservative Christian group the Family Research Council, said in a statement at the time.

In the legal papers, Dillon says she was a featured performer at The Gold Club in Philadelphia, where Duggar allegedly paid her about $600 for lap dances. After, she claims he invited her to his hotel room, where they agreed to have sex. Then, he allegedly “manhandled” her to the point that she “felt as if she were being raped.” She says he paid her $1,500 “for her company.”

Dillon also says Duggar tried to apologize the next month when she was dancing at another venue but claims he actually just wanted to “deceive” her into meeting with him privately, when he allegedly assaulted her again.

In September, Dillon spoke out against Duggar during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, though she acknowledged that she “never told him no” and consented to the sex.

A representative for Duggar was not immediately available for comment.
