L’Oréal Paris’ Women of Worth campaign, which honors women who are going above and beyond to make a difference in their communities, celebrates its 10th anniversary this week. In honor of the occasion, L’Oreal is making use of the hashtag for Woman Crush Wednesday to focus on the achievements of their 2015 honorees. Rather than posting a tribute to your crush or someone you find attractive, the idea is to share instead the stories of these women via Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

Each post using the hashtag #WCW or #WomenofWorth will serve to promote the honorees, and users can cast votes on the Women of Worth website to decide which honoree will receive up to $35,000 for her cause.
